Repair and Returns Policy

A Sirian Computers we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return, repair, or exchange an item, we’ve outlined our repair and returns policy below to help make the process as smooth as possible.

1. Returns

We accept returns for items purchased directly from our website within 7days from the date of delivery. After 7 days warranty is automatically activated. To ensure a successful return, please follow these guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • If you received wrong Laptop other than what you ordered.
  • Faulty Laptop due to Mr. Laptops Kenya errors.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must be returned within the specified return period (usually 7 days after delivery) or within warranty period.
  • Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
    • Customized Laptops with personalized Storage: Ram | Ssd | Hard disk.
    • Final or clearance sale Laptops.
    • Digital services (such as Web services.)

How to Return an Item: (Applicable only before 2days after purchase)

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email/contact info] or use our online return request form.
  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) that must be included with your return.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and include the Return Authorization Number. Use a trackable shipping service to send the item back to us at the address provided by our team.
  4. Inspection and Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If eligible, we will process your exchange as requested. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Money once received is not refundable.

2. Exchanges

If you received a faulty Laptop that you would like to exchange (usually within 2days), we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 2 days from the date of delivery.

To exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Get in touch with our customer service team to request an exchange.
  2. Return the Original Item: Return the original item to us as outlined in the “How to Return an Item” section.
  3. Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send out your replacement item.

3. Repairs

We offer repairs for items that are defective or damaged under normal use. If your item requires a repair, please follow these steps:

How to Request a Repair:

    • Order number | Receipt Number.
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Photos or videos of the item, if applicable
  2. Repair Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back for repair.
  3. Repair Process: Upon receipt of the item, our repair team will assess the issue. If the item is covered under our repair policy, we will proceed with the repair at no cost to you.
  4. Repair Timeframe: Repair times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue. We will provide an estimated timeframe and keep you updated throughout the process.

Conditions for Repairs:

  • Repairs are available for items that have defects in materials or workmanship, under normal use.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear is not covered by our Warranty | repair policy.

Repair Fees:

  • If the item is out of warranty or the damage is not covered by our policy, a repair fee may apply. We will provide a cost estimate before proceeding with the repair.

4. Shipping for Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for exchanges and repairs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.
